Delivery, Cancellation & Refunds
Payment, delivery/performance, cancellation and refund terms for UÇAKHAN web development packages and software, brand, design, project and consulting services. UÇAKHAN does not sell physical products.
1. Payment
For packages sold online (Web Launch, Commerce, Commerce+), payment is taken by credit or debit card with 3D Secure for the amount shown at checkout. The amount, VAT and scope are shown before payment. For proposal-based projects and custom services, the payment plan is set out in the proposal or agreement.
2. Getting started
After payment is confirmed, we contact you to agree the scope, schedule and the content we need (texts, images, domain and access details, etc.). Work starts on the planned schedule once this content is provided. If you want the service to start before the withdrawal period ends, tick the separate consent box at checkout.
3. Delivery and performance
No shipping applies to services. Depending on the work, delivery may be a published website, admin panel and access credentials, source or design files, a report, digital deliverables or an online/on-site working session. Scope, timing, milestones and deliverables are set out at checkout, in the proposal or in the agreement. Delays in content or approvals expected from the customer may extend the schedule accordingly.
4. Cancellation and withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of the conclusion of the service contract without giving reasons or paying a penalty; send your request with your order number through the contact channels below. However, the consumer may expressly request, using the separate consent box at checkout, that a service begin before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. For services whose performance begins with this consent, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation. Without this consent, the service begins after the withdrawal period. The start of performance (first meeting, first working session or first interim delivery) is recorded and notified to the consumer by e-mail.
5. Refunds
Where a withdrawal or cancellation is valid, the amount paid is refunded within the statutory period to the card used for payment, without additional charges to the consumer. The time it takes to appear on your account depends on your bank.
6. Delivery, acceptance and completed services
No refund is made for services that have been completed and delivered. If the consumer does not send a written, reasoned objection within 7 days of delivery, the delivery is deemed accepted; reported shortcomings are first remedied by correction. The consumer's mandatory statutory rights regarding defective services remain unaffected.
7. Customer cooperation and delays
The customer is responsible for providing the content, access and approvals needed to perform the service in time. Delays caused by the customer extend the schedule accordingly. If the required cooperation is not provided for 30 days, UÇAKHAN may complete the service by delivering the work done so far; the amount paid is then considered consideration for the work done and the meetings held.
8. Intellectual property and confidentiality
Usage rights to reports, roadmaps, designs and software prepared specifically for the customer pass to the customer once the price is paid in full. UÇAKHAN's pre-existing methods, tools, templates and general know-how remain with UÇAKHAN and may be used in other work. Each party protects the other's confidential information learned during the service.
9. Business purchases
The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made for commercial or professional purposes by customers who are not consumers; cancellation, refund and delivery terms are governed by these terms and any proposal or agreement.
10. Out-of-scope requests
Requests outside the purchased package (extra pages, integrations, custom development, etc.) are scoped separately and charged only with your approval.
11. Defective performance
If you believe a delivered service does not conform to the agreement, contact us and we will first work to correct it. Consumers’ statutory rights regarding defective services under Turkish Law No. 6502 remain unaffected.
